    9000 sq ft Club House with a 20 x 40 swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna, game room, pool table, ping pong, video games. Also within the Club House we'll have a multi-purpose room to have meetings, basketball hoops and indoor volleyball, dances, pot lucks, games, etc.

    We also plan a full service Motel as well as camping cabins available to rent. A Restaurant that would serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner while gazing at Pike's Peak and overlooking the courtyard.

    Since we intend to function year round these buildings will be adjoining to allow enclosed access between them, so one may never have to get dressed because of the elements.
