Sandy Terraces Associates is located in the heart of Cape Cod on a knoll
overlooking a mile-long spring fed pond. We are near the Cape Cod National
Seashore, Cape Cod beaches, marinas, excellent restaurants and entertainment
spots. Our secluded serene park encompasses 10 acres and provides a range of
leisure activities.

Many couples and families enjoy the relaxation of our sunny beach which is lined
with shade trees for those who are not sun bums. Children are welcome to the camp,
and we encourage you to bring them on your first visit. In addition to the water, we also have a swing set for their enjoyment.
Members camp here on weekends, throughout the summer and into early fall. All
sites have water and electricity. We can accommodate those wishing rental facilities
on a first come or reserved basis. We have hot showers and immaculate bathroom
facilities.
Our membership enjoys many planned weekend suppers as well as impromptu
get togethers at our pavilion, which incorporates picnic tables, cooking area, fires for cookouts and gatherings.
We are a cooperative club which has been in continuous operation at the same
location since 1950 and we are members of AANR. We are members of the Cape
Cod Chamber of Commerce with brochures available at the Information Center.
